This can be useful if you have speakers wired to another area in your home but have one audio source.

*When you are using the A and B switch at the same time the speaker sets become wired in a series. This will combine the ohm load the amp sees.
For example if you had two speakers that had an 8 ohm load each, when A and B are on at the same time the will present a 16 ohm load. In most cases this is ok for the amp to have a higher speaker ohm load than the minimum required load. It will operate at a lower volume output when both speaker sets are on at the same time but should be safe for the amp. If there are any questions it is best to contact the manufacturer of the amplifier.
