Description

This auction includes one full box of three dozen (36) New Old Stock (NOS) LoneStar Afrika Korps plastic toy soldiers. The soldiers are all in great condition with no play wear, but they do have some spotty flaking paint, and since they're hand painted, the details can vary slightly from figure to figure (zoom or enlarge any of the photos for a closer look). The lot includes officers, soldiers surrendering, bayoneting soldiers, soldiers with flamethrowers, running soldiers, soldiers with flags, kneeling soldiers firing rifles, soldiers throwing hand grenades, and soldiers throwing their arms up in the air who appear to have been shot. The 1 3/4" to 3" tall figures are marked: LONE * STAR  HARVEY SERIES  MADE IN GT. BRITAIN. The 5 1/2" wide x 8 1/2" long x 2 1/2" deep cardboard countertop display box is also in great condition with bright & vivid colors, but it is lightly age discolored (the box cover can be used as a display stand for four figures).
