Dixco Vintage Tachometer Chrome Mounting Bracket with Fastening Plate

I believe this mounting bracket is correct for a Dixco Tachometer.
I am often wrong, so please verify.
Fair to Good Cosmetic Condition.
This one has a CURVED bottom for mounting on steering column.
