What is Outside Bet Checker (OBC)
Outside Bet Checker is the ultimate tool to build your own Roulette System based on missing or consecutive appearance of all outside bets. This small but powerful Microsoft Windows compatible program will record your session of online Roulette and suggest you when and where to bet according to your settings. It automatically save all the data and reload them when you restart the program, this allow you to continue exactly like when you quit last session.
If you follow these simple instructions, this little piece of software will help you to make money for sure.
There is 2 ways to use this system.
Method 1- Missing appearance
Adjust the
red
spinner (set to 9 in Fig.2) to the number of time a column or dozen do not appear. When this value is reached, the program will tell you
Time to bet!
and will start suggesting how much to bet in the white column (see interface). Adjust your starting bet with the plus and minus button. The system will suggest bet according to this progressive bet chart show in Fig.1 to ensure that you always win 2 or 3 times your starting unit (1$ in Fig.2).
For the system to work, it is imperative that you do not try more than 5 times
. This ways you loose only 16 units if you don't have chance, and it will be easy to recover your lost units. In Fig.2, we can see that the second dozen has not come out for 10 times so, we bet 2 times our starting unit = 2$. We also can see that the first column has not come out for 11 times, so we bet 3 our starting unit = 3$.
The same method apply for 1 to 2 bet. Adjust the
cyan
spinner (set to 7 in Fig.2) to the number of time a Red/Black, a Even/Odd or a High/Low is not appearing and the program will start suggesting you how much to bet when this value is reached. On 1:2 bet, the betting strategies is Martingale.
If you want your system to work, it is imperative that you do not try more than 3 or 4 times.

Method 2- Consecutive appearance
Adjust the
yellow
spinner (set to 5 in Fig.2) to the number of time a column or dozen come out consecutively. The program will informs in the yellow column when the value is reached, then you can start to bet against the 2 other ones. No bet suggestion for this method. I normally try 1 unit on each other, then 3, then 9
and stop if no luck
. In Fig.2, we can see that the third dozen came out 5 times in a row.
