    Appears to be NOS. I have had this sitting in my garage for over thirty years. Not sure how to test it so sold AS-IS. Original instructions, sender, and installation bits included. Should work for any B21 B23 B230 etc. designed for the 1981 and later 240 with the radio mounted below and the gauge holes up top. With a little creativity you could use it in just about any Volvo.
