Winning Blackjack Strategy Based on the Non Random Shuffle

Because I believe that millions can be made using this strategy with a large enough bankroll (e.g., making maximum bets of ,000-0,000), ,800 is actually 'a steal.' Even without such a large bankroll, I believe much money can be made.].
Over a 10 year period I have developed what seems to be a winning blackjack strategy. [I say "seems to be" because I cannot use a computer simulation to test it because the strategy does not work with randomly shuffled (i.e., machine-shuffled) cards. However, the strategy has repeatedly demonstrated its effectiveness.]. It will only work at blackjack tables in which the dealer uses her/his hands (not a machine) to shuffle (e.g., hand riffle, etc.) the cards. Such tables exist at many Native American casinos and throughout Las Vegas, for instance.
The strategy has nothing to do with card counting and appears to be approximately 3X as powerful as card counting. It is also much easier to implement than card counting
once certain table conditions have been met.
It works best at a private table with no other players.
However, I don't have the bankroll to implement this strategy at this point. Conservatively, I calculate it will take an initial bankroll of approximately ,000 to withstand the almost certain negative swings in standard deviation while betting a minimum bet of and a maximum bet of 0, so I want to sell it. (Or I am open to investors.).
This is not a scam. I am in recovery and cannot afford to live a dishonest life. I have a graduate school statistics background, a Masters Degree, and OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) (true!).

We will need to hire a professional dealer of your choosing. I have done this previously, and it will cost roughly 0. With you (and your friends?) watching, the dealer will deal me cards at a private locale for about 4 hours, and I will use mock casino chips to bet with.
The chips will have no monetary value. They will represent 'fake money.' The values of the chips will vary from shoe to shoe based on a predetermined chip value document. For example, for Shoe #1, according to the chip value document, each red chip may have a value of , but for Shoe #2, each red chip may only have a value of .
I will privately consult the chip value document throughout the 4 hour demonstration so that I know what chips to use when betting hands throughout a particular Shoe. (There will be an identical copy of the chip value document in the room with us under lock and key.).The reason I will vary the value of the chips throughout the demonstration and the reason I will keep the chip value document a secret
during the demonstration only
is because I do not want you to be able to follow along with how much I am betting because I do not want you to know when I am raising my bet and therefore when I am implementing the strategy. If you know when I am implementing the strategy, you might be able to figure out the secret of the strategy. And once you know the secret, you can never 'un-know' it, thereby obviating my ability to sell it to you.
At the end of the demonstration, we will both use the chip value document to tally the net win/loss
for each shoe
. Then, we will calculate the grand total win/loss for the entire demonstration. (Also, prior to the demonstration, I will have provided a written prediction as to what I believe the grand total win will be/should be based on 4 hours of implementing the strategy during the demonstration.). After the demonstration, we can use statistics to see if the grand total win that I amassed during the demonstration could just be the result of chance/luck or whether the grand total win is sufficiently high to reasonably conclude that there is a mechanism (something intentional and not random) at work.
